A lender built for businesses that grow online
Sarva Capital is a direct lender to lower middle market businesses. We back management teams who are open about where the business stands and clear about where they are taking it, and we structure credit that fits the business rather than a product sheet.
Why we built this lender
Lower middle market companies sit in an awkward gap. They are too established for the friends-and-family round and too small for the banks to spend real time on, so they are often handed a standard product or a slow maybe rather than a structure that fits what they are doing.
We take the opposite approach. We take each company on its own merits, work out what the business can genuinely carry, and build the structure and timing around that. Where a business can show us hard numbers, we are willing to lend against them rather than against bricks and mortar.
That is also why we invested in our own technology. It lets a small team do the analysis properly, give a clear answer quickly, and stay on top of every loan after it is funded — which is what makes tailored lending practical at this size.
Six principles we actually run on
These are not wall decorations. Each one shows up somewhere concrete in how the products are built and how we deal with borrowers.
Lend against what can be measured
Revenue, cash flow and, for businesses that grow online, the return on their marketing spend describe a company far better than a filed balance sheet. We build credit around the numbers that actually describe it.
Underwrite the present, not the paperwork
Year-old accounts describe a company that no longer exists. Where a business can show us current data, we underwrite from that, because it is the honest picture of a company that changes month to month.
Speed is part of the product
Capital that arrives after the opportunity has closed is not capital, it is paperwork. Our process is engineered around the timelines our borrowers actually operate on.
Show the working
Borrowers see the same metrics we underwrite on, in the same dashboard, continuously. A lending relationship should not require either side to guess what the other is looking at.
Structure beats standardisation
A facility should be shaped by what it funds and what repays it. That is why we run distinct products rather than forcing every need through one template.
Own the platform
We are not an introducer. The technology that underwrites, funds and monitors every facility is built and run in-house with Thazivo Labs, which is why we can change how it works when borrowers need us to.
A lender with an engineering team
Sarva Capital and Thazivo Labs share a founder and a conviction: that the constraint on modern credit is measurement, and measurement is an engineering problem.
Live data connections
Read-only links to advertising platforms, payment processors, banks and accounting systems, established through the providers themselves.
An underwriting engine
Models CAC payback, ROAS, LTV, retention and cash conversion to size a facility and shape its repayment.
Continuous monitoring
The same pipeline keeps running after funding, so limits can move with performance instead of waiting for an annual review.
A shared dashboard
Borrowers see their limits, repayments and performance metrics in the same place we do, updated continuously.
Who we work with
We lend to US-based lower middle market businesses. These are the profiles we see most often today, and Sarva AdFi was built for them in particular.
Direct-to-consumer brands
Scaling through Meta, TikTok, Google and Amazon with real repeat purchase behaviour.
Subscription and SaaS
Strong retention, a healthy LTV-to-CAC ratio and revenue you can forecast.
E-commerce operators
Repeat customers, scalable funnels and a working capital cycle worth smoothing.
B2B digital platforms
Revenue that tracks a predictable, paid acquisition pipeline.
If your growth is measurable, we should talk
Whether you are scaling a channel that already works or covering a gap before your next milestone, the conversation starts the same way — with your numbers.
