Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what information Sarva Capital collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to the borrower application and dashboard we operate.
Who we are
Sarva Capital provides commercial financing to businesses. In this policy, “Sarva Capital”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sarva Capital and its affiliates. Our lending platform is built and operated on our behalf by Thazivo Labs.
We are a business-to-business lender. The information we handle relates principally to businesses and the individuals who represent them, rather than to consumers acting in a personal capacity.
Information you give us
When you complete a contact form, request information or start an application, we collect the details you provide.
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, business email address, telephone number and role.
- Business details, such as company name, website, jurisdiction, operating history and the nature of your business.
- Information about your financing requirement, including the amount, purpose and timing.
- Any other information you choose to include in correspondence with us.
Information from your connected accounts
Our underwriting depends on data from the systems that already run your business. With your authorisation, we establish read-only connections to those systems through the providers themselves or through regulated data aggregators.
We do not receive or store the credentials for these accounts. Authorisation happens with the provider, and you can revoke any connection at any time from your dashboard, at which point we stop receiving new data from it.
- Advertising platform data, including spend, impressions, conversions and campaign performance.
- Payment processor and e-commerce data, including transaction volumes, refunds and customer cohorts.
- Banking data, including account balances and transaction history.
- Accounting data, including revenue, expenses, payables and receivables.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request.
- To assess an application, underwrite a facility and determine appropriate terms.
- To fund, service, monitor and collect facilities we provide.
- To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering and other unlawful activity.
- To comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
- To operate, secure, analyse and improve our website and platform.
- To send you information about our products where you have asked for it or where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this policy, and afterwards only as long as required to meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention periods differ by record type and by the requirements that apply to it.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access to production systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including to access it, to request correction or deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive it in a portable form.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, including the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information we handle may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
Children
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Third-party websites
Our site links to third-party websites, including thazivo.com and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
